The Entrance

Entrance into the Castle is gained through the entrance archway (awaiting photo), which is reached either from the pathway on top of the Herringbone wall or by climbing the steps up the side of the Motte. The former is accessed from the Castle Grounds; the latter are accessed through the Holloway Lodge entrance, or the Holloway car park.
